For me, IHS is “diversity”. Students and teachers here have strong personalities. I learned the importance of accepting who they are as well as myself as who I am. My view has been broadened to think of international and moral issues, and consequentially I come to explore how to exist in the society and what kind of society I want to make. Plentiful unique lessons in English helped me to go on to the university abroad.

My fantastic seniors, friends and juniors, they all can say very clearly what their dreams are. It is certain that the experiences in IHS have an impact on the forming of our dreams, whether it is large or small. And I feel proud when I see my friends striving to achieve their dreams.

Commencement means “start” or “departure”. Graduation is not just the end of school life, but the new step for the next life stage.
