Japanese-Language Education

At Osaka YMCA International High School, students are of a variety of nationalities and different backgrounds. It offers a well-balanced curriculum with subjects conducted in English, such as math, world history, art, and ones taught in Japanese, such as Japanese history and modern Japanese Literature. Students receive a diploma of 'koto-senshu gakko,' which is equivalent of a senior high school diploma, and a College Admission Qualification from the Ministry of Education and Science. IHS graduates study at institutions of higher learning domestic and abroad.
